Guys if you are buying a new car, please take your car straight from dealership to Jimmy. Believe me you won't regret the magic he will do to your car . Jimmy is not only a repairer but a carer too! I am sharing my personal experience here. I got a new car and I ruined it by taking it to car wash and use the wrong washing procedure. It was the first time I bought the car so i didn't know anything about swirl marks and things like that. After noticing those marks on my car it starts bothering me, obviously it's a brand new car and no one like their new car to look like 10 years old! I took it to several workshops and every single one them did nothing but just scare me by their reaction after looking at my car! "Man, you have ruined your car" "You can't take it back to it's original condition" "It's gonna cost you atleast $2000 bucks" etc etc. Then I found Jimmy, the man with a golden heart I would say. He did his best to fix my car. Negotiate the price which I was able to afford. The ratings look to be legit. Jimmy appears to have done an excellent ceramic job on my Kona Electric. Be aware he also sometimes applies a "topper", which makes the finish even glossier. I recently purchased a dealer demo BMW 330i and was really happy with it until I saw it in the sunlight. There were heaps of swirls and scratches on the dark grey paint that annoyed me every time I saw it in the sun. Ladies and gentlemen. You are reading a review that is written by a person who is very cautious in everything he does. I don't make decisions lightly - I make sure that what I spend my money on is definitely worth it. Although I have tonnes of reasons to write, let me give you just three so that I don't waste too much of your precious time. First, I chose to protect my car with Ceramic Pro by Jimmy due to the countless number of positive reviews on Google. These reviews are not rigged or fake like the ones you see on Koala. Second, the quote I received was actually the best. I have literally called every Ceramic Pro installer in Victoria and their quote was way higher than Jimmy's. If you don't believe me then I suggest you do the same :) And last, but certainly not least, Jimmy is a really great guy. I bombarded him with a lot of questions and he answered all of them patiently and professionally. If I buy another car down the track, Jimmy will definitely be the one installing Ceramic Pro. Very impressed with Jimmy's services. Got a Ceramic Coating done for my CX5. Within a month of buying the vehicle, I noticed a lot of scratches from the automated car wash that the dealer did on first month inspection. When I first called him, he explained the whole process, for whom a ceramic coating would be apt and how the scratches needs to be removed first (otherwise they will become permanent) before the coating is applied. When I brought my car in, he kept the car for 1 full day. When I took the delivery he spent a good half an hour explaing what he did, how he did and how to keep the car shinning. I could see he spent and invested good amount of time on the car. I believe the price he quoted was fair and justified the service he gave. Jimmy is a perfect example of how a small and locally owned business that gives you personalise service and attention, which the big franchise and dealership lack of, could (and should) give them a run for their money. Jimmy is a genius!!! I had a calcified water stain on my boot which was the result of a drain pipe leaking onto my car in the basement at my apartment while I was on holidays. The stain seemed baked on and I couldn't remove it myself with a standard car polish so I took it to Jimmy at Fine Shine and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. There’s not enough stars for Jimmy. Communication was exemplary, turnaround time was ridiculous, Jimmy sent me a photo of the contamination in my paint on a car days old. When I showed up the next day, the car looked incredible. The quality of the finish was insane and he took the time to walk me through how to care for the finish. If you are reading this, stop searching and comparing and get Jimmy on it. I took our black SQ7 that had started getting some wear and marks over the paintwork including some bird droppings that had eaten into the paint. I just added 2-layers of ceramic coat on my car with Jimmy. Even if the car is brand new, I saw some swirl marks here and there, but Jimmy polished and removed them. I took the package option which also covered the interior, glasses and wheels. Now I dont need much effort in washing the car, dust and dirt are easily removed, they simply don't stick to the paint or any other parts that are protected with the ceramic coat. I am very happy and satisfied with his Job. Surely he's done meticulous job on the car. I will recommend Jimmy to anyone who wants to protect your car and the ease of washing. Jimmy really knows his stuff and it clearly shows. Dirt and water washes off easily and the car remains sparkling for a long time. Hi All, what more can you say other than Jimmy has done at absolutely awesome job on my car. I took a while to find the right guy to do my paint protection, trust me I'm picky, but was blown away with Jimmy's knowledge, customer service and ultimately the end result, could not be happier and highly recommend Fine Shine to anyone who wants a fantastic result at a great price. Also, and unfortunately, I picked up some paint damage and a dent on my roof on the way to Jimmy's. That said and after some consoling from Jimmy, he had taken a picture of the damage, shot it off to a mate in the trade and organised a great repair, ie Jimmy goes the extra mile.
